The protection of your personal data is a special concern of ours. We thus only process your data on the basis of the relevant legislation (DSGVO, TKG 2003). The following data protection information will describe the main aspects of data processing related to our website.

CONTACT WITH US

When you contact us by way of the form on the website or per email, we store your data for six months to process your inquiry and to answer any follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and enable your use of the website to be analysed. The information generated by the cookie on your use of this website is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If the IP-anonymization is activated on this website, your IP-address is, however, first abbreviated in the member states of the European Union or in other treaty states of the agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional instances is the entire IP-address sent to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. Social Media Plugins and links with a forwarding function are used on our website.

NEWSLETTER

You have the possibility of subscribing to our newsletter by way of our website. For this we need your email address and your acknowledgement that you agree to receiving the newsletter. In order to provide you with targeted information we also collect and process information that is given voluntarily.

As soon as you have signed up for the newsletter we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm your application.

You can cancel the subscription of the newsletter whenever you want. Send your cancellation to the following email address: info@spark-artfair.com. We will then immediately erase the data related to the mailing of the newsletter. This cancellation will not affect the legality of the processing agreed to up until the subscription is cancelled.

STORAGE DURATION
