Since its foundation in October
2010, we have been promoting contemporary art by national
and international artists with a focus on socio-political
positions in a local and global context. In the development and
implementation of long-term artistic projects, we are in close
contact with the artists and take a supportive position; both in
projects directly related to the gallery and those that go beyond
the scope of the gallery.
The gallery’s program focuses on quality in formal realization,
substantive engagement with current issues, and coherence in
the artistic positions represented. For us, running a gallery
means supporting artists in the realization of their ideas in the
best possible way and making their artistic articulations
accessible to a broad public. We define the mediation between
artists, interested parties and collectors through regular
exhibition activities, accompanying documentation through
publications and the positioning of the artists as central tasks.
